Privacy policy
This is a working interim version. The final text, prepared by counsel, will be published here and will replace it.
Yerevan Hrachya Ghaplanyan Drama Theater ("the Theater", "we") respects the privacy of your personal data. This document explains what we collect on ydt.am, why, and what we do with it.
Who is responsible

What we collect
When you are only reading the site. We ask for nothing. The server records technical information — the time of the request, the address of the page, the browser type and the IP address — for security and to keep the site running.
When you sign in with Google or Facebook. We receive your name, your email address and the identifier that service assigns you. We never receive and never see your password. We have no access to anything else on your account: not your friends, your posts, or your photographs.
When you buy a ticket. We keep the details of the order — the production, the date, the seats and the amount — together with your name, email address and telephone number, so that we can send you the tickets and confirm the purchase.
Payment details. Card details are entered on the bank’s own payment page and never reach our servers. We receive only the outcome: whether the payment succeeded.
Why we use it
To sell tickets and fulfil your order — performance of a contract.
To create your account and show your tickets in one place — with your consent.
To keep the site secure, diagnose faults and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
To meet accounting and tax obligations — a legal requirement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for advertising.
It reaches only the services without which an order cannot be completed: the bank that processes the payment, the service that delivers our email, and the provider that hosts the site. Each receives the minimum its task requires and nothing more.
Where the law requires it, data may be provided to the authorised state bodies.
Cookies and statistics
The site sets necessary cookies to remember the language you chose and to keep you signed in. Without them it cannot work.
For visit statistics we use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Yandex Metrica, which collect aggregate information about visits. These are enabled only after your consent, once the consent request is available on the site.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for the period the law requires for accounting purposes.
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. When you ask us to delete it we remove your personal data, except for the order records we are obliged to retain.
Technical server records are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to withdraw consent you have given.

Children
The site is not intended for independent use by anyone under 16. Tickets are bought by an adult.
