Terms of use
This is a working interim version. The final text, prepared by counsel, will be published here and will replace it.
These terms govern the use of ydt.am. The site belongs to and is operated by Yerevan Hrachya Ghaplanyan Drama Theater. By using it, you accept them.
The content of the site
Production descriptions, photographs, video and other material belong to the Theater or are used with the permission of the rights holders. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any other use — including republication in the press or in commercial material — requires the Theater’s written permission.
Accounts
An account is not required: tickets can be bought without one. An account lets you see your tickets and orders in one place.
Signing in is through Google or Facebook. You are responsible for the security of that account.
We may restrict access to an account used to interfere with the site, to acquire tickets in bulk by automated means, or otherwise abusively.
Tickets and payment
The price and the details of the performance are shown at the time of purchase. The order is complete once payment is confirmed, after which the tickets are sent to the email address you gave.
Selected seats are held for a limited time. If payment is not completed within it, the seats return to sale.
Payment is made on the bank’s payment page. Card details are not available to the Theater.
Refunds and changes
If a performance is cancelled or moved, the Theater informs the audience and either refunds the ticket or offers another date.
Otherwise, tickets are refunded in accordance with the Theater’s current rules. Ask at the box office or write to info@ydt.am.
Visiting the theater
A valid ticket is required to enter the auditorium. Latecomers are admitted at the interval, so that the performance is not disturbed.
Photography and recording during a performance are not permitted, except where the Theater has given specific permission.
Age guidance, where it applies, is shown on the production’s page.
Liability
We take care that the information on the site is accurate, but a programme can change. The details on the ticket are the definitive ones.
The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or because of a technical fault.
